1. Once you have entered the online “Team Store” in the IronBirds Website, select a merchandise category from the menu list on the left side of the screen by clicking on it. (Main merchandise categories are in white. Sub-categories are listed in orange.)
2. Because some of the merchandise categories are separated into sub-categories (ex., toddler, youth, etc.), be sure you click on the orange sub-categories to view all available items. Once you have selected the type of item you are looking for, pictures of the items will be displayed in the center of the page. Next, click on the picture of the item that interests you. If you wish to VIEW ALL items of a particular category, simple click on the orange subcategory of that particular item and proceed by following the instructions below.
3. Upon clicking on the item, a larger screen will appear that will contain the description of the item, as well as a larger photo of the item. If you wish to purchase the item click “Add to Cart.” If the item does not interest you, click the “Back” button at the top of your computer screen to go back to the previous screen or select a different category on the menu list on the right side of the screen.
4. If you are ready to buy the item you have placed in your cart, click “Check Out.” If you wish to buy another item from the Team Store, select a new category from the menu list on the left side and continue shopping.

How can I change the quantity of an item that I want to buy? If upon reviewing your final order you find that the quantity that you want to buy is incorrect, change the number in the “Quantity” box to the right of the item name by typing in the number you want. Then, click “Update Quantities” to submit your change.
How do I get an item out of my shopping cart? If you wish to cancel the item you have put in your cart and buy something else, click “Empty Cart.” To return to the store and continue shopping, select a new merchandise category from the menu list on the right side of the screen.

Is the merchandise sold online the same as the merchandise sold in The Hangar at Ripken Stadium? Yes. The items that are sold online are the same items that are sold in the physical store at Ripken Stadium, but there is much more available at the Hangar! The Hangar at Ripken Stadium is open year-round, Monday thru Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and holds special hours during the holidays. Authentic Cal Ripken, Jr. autographed memorabilia is not sold online and is only available by visiting The Hangar or by calling 410-297-9292, ext. 202.
